I dumped everything for a year or more... only put a speedo on my bars after that time when I stuffed up a race distance and attacked thinking I was only 10kms from the finish instead of 20 ( and another climb ) ... strava just runs in my back pocket so I can look later. Been thinking of getting another power meter but you do become a slave to it... and if I want to do a test I can just go and find a tough hill climb on strava and see how my times compare to when I know I was strong.whitey wrote:I've ditched the powermeter and the heart rate monitor for January.
