Frame mounted chain tensioner

I'm looking for a frame mounted chain tensioner for a single speed bike in Australia or online. Are there specific ones or am I best buying one that mounts onto the dropout and Macgyvering something up to attach it to the frame?

DMR Tension Seeker is the way to go. I got mine on ebay for $23
