except mine will be a fair bit bigger :D

Got the frame and fork at a great price  and will fit my existing Dura ace and Zipps.
I ride several bicycles, but not at once.

it should arrive on the 20th of Jan. I'm still waiting for the SLSI cranks form the USA as well.

I am sure I have seen the pic elsewhere...but cannot remember which pro it is built for. The Cannondale team aren't running Mavic wheels this year so it must of been built in 2012.

It's big enough for most people TLL.....:-)

No just I knew I had seen it somewhere before... Timmy Duggan's national champions bike, but he won't be on it this year as he is riding for Bjarne.
PS...I've got about 22cm's ( and a few kilos ) on him  .

Bingo TLL. The one i'm getting is 2012, and therefore a fair bit cheaper. I hover just under 60cm in frame size these days so the one I get will be 58cm. As far as I have been able to make out there has been very little change in the Evo HiMod between 2012 and 2013. The Evo range has expanded though with the edition of a standard Mod version and the Ultimate, which is the ducks guts. It's a limited edition paint job, I think less than 50 into the country, and only 2 locally. It doesn't fuss me that much but I already have a stealth black Caad9 so this will make a change. The crankset and chainrings left the states on the 5th of Jan, so I should get them about the same time. :D

It is a nice looking paint job... and not too stars and stripes!. Actually what lets the bike down for me is the bar and hood colours.
I wouldn't be saying no to an EVO... maybe next year :D .

White tape and hoods would look better.

cranks arrived yesterday. very nice but missing the spindle and the standard spider. Now I have to wait for the supplier to ship those from the states. I hope it doesn't take as long as the last delivery.

I now have the spindle and second spider. I'll get that to my LBS for fitment, then hopefully start the build (perhaps this weekend)

Nearly there. Just need to find a braze on 7900 front derailleur, cut the steerer tub and do the final touches

Yeah, I've struggle with saddles since my bike fit. I tried the SMP a few months ago, and it hasn't been a perfect fit for me. I have a Specialised Roman Evo that might go back on I think.

Really nice bike... I really like the Evo

Strange question but are those the same tyres or is the rear on backwards with the label facing away from the camera?

The tyre on the rear is a Tufo. I have had only an average run with the Vittorias (which is on the front), so it's time to try something else. So far, so good.

Everyone I've ever spoken to slates the Tufo's in terms of ride and handling compares with traditional tubulars. What say you?
