Looks like it would be quite at home in either 'The Munsters' or 'The Legend of Sleepy Hollow'.

I think it's based on the Atomic Zombie Street Fox.

Quite a few interesting designs on the Atomic Zombie web site.

I wouldn't want to be pushing that one up a big hill though.
