Re: Megalong Valley
Yeh on a mountain bike There are some dirt roads that interconnect. It's unclear if the roads are public or private. Also what the state of them is I've got stuff on ebay
Re: Megalong Valley
Contact the 6 foot track heritage trust for up to date info... details are here... IIRC you can only ride certain sections. http://www.lpma.nsw.gov.au/about_recrea ... foot_track

Re: Megalong ValleyAnd I checked out if you can get from Megalong valley to narrowneck. It has been done, but you need to haul your bike up a cliff with a rope. There's a staircase or ladder for yourself.

Re: Megalong Valley
That's a generous description of it, but it's not too bad if you know what you're getting in for.
Re: Megalong Valley
LOL, sounds like its only an option for the most adventurous I've got stuff on ebay
Re: Megalong Valley
Meh. It's chains and spikes. Not for your grannie, but anyone adventurous enough to MTB the six foot track could do them easy. They send hundreds of people down it during events like the wild endurance 100. I wouldn't want to haul a bike up tho. That'd be a pita.
