I've been absolutely dying in the 35+ heat, something to soak up the sweat a bit would be sweet. The schnozz has been getting redder and redder as well!

I don't normally wear a cycling cap under my helmet but I've had to for the last couple of months. My nose is burnt as are my cheeks. All with 6am starts. I even bought a pair of sun protectors (from Netti) for my arms as they are well beyond cycle tanned.

The mornings I've had enough and applied sunscreen, it has bucketed down raining :-)
