I'm in for 20k, have done a few rides but haven't logged them, my bad and will do tomorrow.

For those using the phillip inspired distance counter, methinks it might need a tweak as it still seems to be reporting numbers from 2012.

Yeah I'd noticed that, so I changed to the one that the 6K riders are using.

Don't want to look at last years distance anymore, makes me feel bad.

Geez, 05.15 and 29 degrees this morning, great ride but wired being hot and dark out

Yeah 29degrees is a bit uncomfortable I feel for you. I did that Rapaha 500km Strava challenge between Xmas eve and New Yrs Eve during a bit of a heatwave here in Perth and I remember starting out just before 6am and it being something like 33degrees with 100000% humidity

That humidity is worse by far, good going mate. Well this morning was a lot different, 11 degrees with a cold wind and drizzle, good ol Melbourne for ya. Not as bad or any where close to Qld and NSW

I saw 28.5 at 0430 this morning! (Nth QLD). I had 1.5 litres of water on a 2.5hr ride when I normally only take 0.75L. Still got a headache from not enough fluids!
Rode at 5km to meet someone and I was already dripping wet....
I'm going to have to start stopping to top up the biddons if this keeps up.

135k ride this morning with about 50k into solid headwind. The return trip was fast though. Pity I was solo otherwise it would have been even faster.

Pretty solid wind here lately, died down a little bit today.
Km's are gonna drop off as my bike has failed again.
