Might have the terminology wrong.
I'm after a U shaped product designed to minimise flex in fork and seat-stays.
I typed in Brake Booster in Wiggle with no hits so I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
My skinny frame tubes on my Moulton suffer quite a bit of flex under braking and I thought I'd get around to doing something about it after all these years.
I got inspired to delve a little deeper after seeing some Magura HS33's in action.
With a separable bike, I don't want the hassle of hydraulics but a large "booster" allowing for mudguards would be nice.
Anyone seen any recently?

c r c have this one.... made out of thermoplastic
For a bit better quality (alloy) bike24 have a Magura brake booster.
They've gone off the boil a bit for MTB uses these days as everyone uses disc brakes.

Due to the quality (or lack there of) of hits I thought I'd ask here in case there was other names for themRonK wrote:Try Googling "v brake booster".

Post up in MTB... If anyone else is like me they will have them lying around. I have a couple of XTR carbon ones downwtairs ( but don't have the fittings ) ... the XTR ones are great, weigh nothing and have heaps of clearance.

Just longer bolts and special spacers ( nothing you couldn't rig up yourself though easy enough ).
