Neurotopia

Postby foo on patrol » Sat Jan 26, 2013 8:31 am

This sort of training (of the brain) has me a little entrigued to say the least!

I can see how it would possibly help focus on how, you would play out the race in your head if, it was a time trial but what about with bunches. :? I completely understand the power of mind over matter, as I had managed to psych myself out of pain during races as I was getting close to peak ability so I am not doubting it's use. After all, the difference between the elite and mere mortals is the ability to focus and become single minded in you approach to training and competing.
