Seems like madness but the UCI has allowed the Tour de San Luis to be scheduled over the exact same period as the TDU! They have a number of top riders confirmed and the parcours looks much more challenging (I thought the riders didn't want a difficult start to the year?).

Don't think will have much of an effect. The riders would like to travel to the TDU are not likely to be interested in the San Luis
