East Perth cycle path

Just wondering if the following part of the cycyle path is still open?

Yes.

However take it easy as those paths around there and towards Claisebrook Cove are narrow and there is often peds walking as well.

and very sandy..... i avoid it i go pat the casino

went through this path today, still lots of sand and water, not to mention pedestrians.
