BTW, I was busy looking out for debris, etc and noticed a bird fly off into the front of a truck passing me. This is what happened

It's plausible I think. A couple of laps of Cootha tomorrow morning.. a riverloop in the afternoon. Thursday Redcliffe and then pedal around afterwork until goal is done..

Night time is my only option at the moment, so will be commute plus city road loops... Might ride out to Redlands and back late tomorrow night once all the family fun is done...
Kudos to those of you that are cracking 1000 miles; that is amazing commitment!!!
I am still carrying too much personal weight and just too damn slow... 25kph average is a good day for me...

As long as I don't attempt any running a break will do me good, I'm still paying for some over training late last year.

Bugger, we pulled the pin on Coottha this morning because of the rainComedian wrote: Oh no... Raining this morning.
That gives me 658 miles/1058 k's for January, given that I lost out on two weekends of riding I'm pretty happy with that....I more than doubled my 2012 total

I still need 55km to get to 600 miles...
With the rain in Brisbane, I could be looking at a lot of pain on the indoor trainer after work this evening...

Happy with that, especially because I didn't really do much more riding than usual.
