I know some other Australian libraries have a similar service. But the magazine mix is different in each one.

Electronic version of Bicycle Times mag etc from libraryIf you muddle through the instructions from the ACT Library site, you can get access to 300+ magazines on your computer/tablet. Of those, are some good ones (e.g. National Geographic, Rolling Stone…). There are a few bicycle magazines as well. These may be all of them but I didn't search very hard:

Re: Electronic version of Bicycle Times mag etc from librarySweet. Thanks for that.
Re: Electronic version of Bicycle Times mag etc from libraryI am currently reading lance's Every Second Counts courtesy of the ACT library service. I have his first book at home and over the years was hoping to god he was the fairy story. Alas - so crudely disapointed.
But i found Lance's other book and am reading it now. He was still BS'ing about "not putting chemicals in my body after what i had to endure through my cancer treatment blah blah " and denying doping allegations so far and i'm only half way through it. I'm all for reading something for free than having to pay for it.
Re: Electronic version of Bicycle Times mag etc from libraryThanks for that. Just dug out my library card from the bottom of the desk draw so i could have a look
