Postby Mac1961 » Thu Dec 27, 2012 10:24 pm
Hi, new to cycling and this forum so excuse me if I'm in the wrong place! Just looking to see if anyone knows of any cycling groups in the Werribee / Hoppers area that go out at weekends

The Hoppers group generally head out west to Geelong, Lara, Anakie and Bacchus Marsh on Saturdays for 100km and Sundays generally local for 50kms.
There is also a group that leave from Point Cook and they have a Facebook page containing their ride details.
Both good groups and encourage/support new riders.
