It is a powdered green tea that is covered in shade before it is picked to increase the chlorophyll in the leaves. It has 30 times the anti oxidants of regular green tea and studies have shown it can increase fat burnt while exercising by 25%.

If you live in Melbourne, you can find it at Fujimart, next to the Aldi , Elizabeth St. South Yarra
It's not cheap though.

There is a few on eBay, the better quality looks to be around 40 bucks for 100 grams, which is 50 cups. Might just try one of those to see if it has any noticeable benefits.

Try the green tea house in Subiaco (near Nandos on Hay st). I am pretty sure he sells it there.
If anything, the guy that runs the joint is a legend and you might end up walking away with some other tea

I ended up getting some from eBay. Could be coincidence because I have increased my riding from 100 to 200 kays per week, but have lost 5 kilos.

I'm going to have to look for some of this... 25% more fat burnt while exercising is something I am interested in...

I drink a lot of Genmaicha, which is green tea with toasted rice in it. Whilst not quite as lean as regular Matcha, it's a lot more hearty and flavoursome - great for getting that 'full' feeling.
