I have Nashbar's carbon fork, but it's a bit longer than you want. the closest I can find so far is this It is very heavy, nice and cheap however which is a good thing.

FYI it's made by EVO and has been sold under a couple of different brands (though Nashbar only do the disc AND canti-stud version. The studs are not removable).
This is probably the best choice: (was mentioned about 20 pages ago, where have you been? )
