I have Nashbar's carbon fork, but it's a bit longer than you want. But I'm willing to bet the one you linked is also a bit longer than the claimed 370mm.

FYI it's made by EVO and has been sold under a couple of different brands (though Nashbar only do the disc AND canti-stud version. The studs are not removable).
This is probably the best choice: (was mentioned about 20 pages ago, where have you been? )
