Did you notice one of his other bikes? It might be worth a look. Big frame.

I did see that, yeah. I was just dreaming though with earlier comment.... I'm in Perth and not really in the market. Just have a soft spot for Big Kens.

In the eye of the beholder, and luck as to number of bidders on the day/week. Not that it's not a 'nice bike', but I just can't see $450 in it. But, a completely subjective opinion. :|
Well, no, it's not a pushbike, otherwise I'd be pushing it...

I doubt any bike with stem shifters and suicide levers is really worth $450. I'm just jealous :P .

Say What? Is that meant to sound more or less an innocuous thing?

WT?? Is that meant to sound more or less an innocuous thing?
It's as though the identical scratch caused by some lowlife keying it when locked up in town would be worse. The buyer does want to know if it's scratched, but the intent and where it occurred are a bit boring.

I suppose it could be a typo; 'bike rack slippage'

It was more the price that caused me to be entertained. It wouldnt have cost that much when it was brand new.

I love the gel seat cover. Speaks volumes about the type of riding the bike does.

Forget all that and just look at the frame for a second. Then smile.

Concorde with Columbus SL in Vic. Train wreck of a front end, needs some serious TLC and dollars spent to right all those wrongs.

I think the guy who asks the first question is a bit of a peanut. Most of his questioning would be answered by the photos anyway. I think he's just throwing around some bike terms he read on the 'net to sound good.

Where do people pluck their starting prices from? Is it just wishful thinking?

The first question certainly flushed him out though. The seller I mean. He might be open to an offer?

Actually, my comment was about the person asking the question - but I guess it kind of rings true both ways.
