Bupa Round the Bay in a Day 2013

We are coming over from Perth in October to ride in the Round the Bay . Usually when in Melbourne we stay in hotels, but as the bikes are coming over we are looking for any recomended self contained apartments that are bike friendly in or close to the CBD of Melbourne.
