As the OP i can say i have no vested interest in this at all. Just thought it was a good deal and wanted to share, kind of wish i took the plunge and got one after how good people are saying they are.

If you are referring to the previous post about gorilla marketing, I am pretty sure it was a joke. A funny Pun! (Btw silverback, the name of the brand, is (I think?) another name for a gorilla or type of gorilla)nsuttie wrote:As the OP i can say i have no vested interest in this at all. Cant beat getting your misses on a few demo bikes to see what she likes. Mine literally just demo'ed a Giant last week and liked it so much she lashed out and bought the DA 9000 version lol!NewStew wrote:It is only from Sydney and free shipping to Aus.
Really the price is pretty much equivalent to an alloy Tiagra equipped Giant - and Giants are generally considered good value.
Not for me but looking for the Lady, who is new to riding but I want to avoid too much upgrading over and over again.
Demo bikes let the consumer try before buy. NOTHING worse than an ill fitted road bike that was bought with great intentions but disastrous results..
You have to ask yourself if you want a bargain or a bike that actually fits the Lady so well she actually wants to ride..
Vegan since 2001.
