Questions about purchasing bicycles and parts
Cheaper than usual but not necessarily 'cheap'.... Assoss AUST are closing down.
Sale on pretty much everything. Best base layer I have ever owned....
damn that is an awesome price 1
I was considering the flite 500 if I could get it for $699 on sale but that is an awesome deal. Wonder if it would be worthwhile selling the pack and end up with a sub-$1000 carbon/105 bike
Increasingly often I am finding local prices equal or better than on offshore. After many years of only buying offshore, most of my purchases lately have been local
I called into the Assos shop in Melbourne today. The prices in the shop or on www.Assos.com.au were great. IJ Bonka 6 jacket for $349, Ribble at $402 and Wiggle at $390. Also the SS Millie jersey for $140, cheaper again also
Bikebug has conti gp 4,000 for $36.35 on their Facebook page. Also Garmin 510 combo for $359 v Wiggle at $374.
Worth checking local prices before you buy offshore
Some nice prices there. The Garmin 810 bundle is $499 (unit only $349) which is $150 off...
Yep, Bike Bug had some of the Shimano shoes cheapest in the world, and very well stocked when I first looked (less sizes now I see). My shoes showed as in stock but took 1 week to arrive, but I liked being able to try them on in store before fully committing to a size I hadn't tried on, so all around a good purchase.
Did anyone get one of there wind trainers?

Not sure if this is a bargain but I just bought some GU energy gel for ~$1.25 each and there not the almost out of date ones you normally get at that price .
Everything I've ever ordered from these guys has been very fresh . Delivery usually takes 2 weeks .

Thats the link for the 24 mixed varieties but you can get whatever flavour you want . They also have the roctane for $2:50 each as well as heaps of other brands at very competitive rates .
Shipping is $10 with a 3.5lb limit , anything over that and you get raped .
If you are kind enough to use my referral link you get $10 off your order so long as it's over $30 which effectively makes the shipping free . I just added few single gels of a different brand to try to make up the $30 .
My referral code : https://www.vitacostrewards.com/gBLAWNC
I also get $10 credited to my account as well just for the record .
