Did you see the guy in the states the other day died when a sink-hole opened up under his bedroom?
I think they've given up trying to locate his body (true story).

I've reported a baby to cockburn council. Don't know if they have fixed it yet, but it looked about 50-80cm deep and about a basketball size width

Sydney's Eastern suburbs seemed to have its fair share of land erosion too. I recall there's been two major episodes where roads caved away in the rain in recent years.
