Carbon Repairer?

Postby mezla » Sat Mar 09, 2013 9:04 am

Hey folks, anyone know of any trustworthy carbon repairers in the ACT?

I've had Voodoo Composites recommended to me, but they've become non communicative...

I have heard of someone at Uni of Canberra, but have no details.

I ride, therefore I am. But don't ride into harm's way.

Dave from Voodoo Composites did the repair for a very reasonable price. He also was kind enough to come and pick up my bike from my house, which was awesome as I have no car.

He explained in comforting detail what he was going to do depending on what he found and what the cost would be.

All in all, a very satisfying experience. My bike no longer creaks, and is yet to fall apart, so as far as I know the repair has worked.

Azzurri Forza Di2
Chunk of carbon got sheared off my drive-side chain stay by my chain - was going up a hill changing gears. Nothing structural or manufacturing related. The frame is rock solid.
