Gold Coast Ride on Good Friday?

Hi all,

Just wondering whether anyone is doing rides on Good Friday around GC? I'll be travelling down from Brisbane possibly in the morning to visit my family. If anyone's thinking or has a ride in mind (more at recovery pace) please let me know. I'll be around Benowa/Ashmore primarily, so looking to ride with someone, for about 30-40km distance.

If anyone's keen, please let me know. Just some info about my riding, I can do about 28-30km/h on flats, had some hill training in the past but since I haven't been riding for 4 months, I am not that fit at the moment, plus I've never ridden on the GC before.

Sorry, would love to join you but taking grandkids on our old bay cruiser. Gold Coasters escape at Easter because all the tourist pour in.

No probs mate. I kinda hurt my leg the day before, so would be wise to stay off the bike until that recovers.
