The road out around Maidenwell was the roads they used in the National series last year, mostly not bad until your heading back to Nanango.Dan wrote:Raffles, Rob don't forget the beer wagon, too.

That's the spot where I sat when I rode out to watch the road series last year. Good little shop there to. There is even an observatory for those looking for the stars.

Was it as windy on your ride as it is in Yarraman today?
Blow a dog off a chain here today....

Still ended up with not a bad time for the ride, even with all the wind.Dan wrote:Mein gott. Headwind is an understatement.ozzymac wrote:How was day 4?

Don't forget wazza, who manufactured a bottom bracket problem to enable him to sit out an afternoon leg and drink beer in the sag wagon, and Elantra who did the entire distance with cages and 6 speed friction shifting.RobM wrote:Awesome work Dan

In the final photo, group 1 at Wooroolin, another lunch stop with pub or coffee shop option.
Unfortunately not enough time to visit both.
