Anyone out there used these before? I just picked up one from Aldi For $50 as I had use one many years ago when getting treatment for damage after a bad fall and have used it on my lower back with good relief of pain.

I use the same current in clinic all the time. I don't necessarily think they're a good idea for managing chronic pain. There's more effective options - better posture, diet and lifestyle, weight loss, core strength, stretching, 2nd and 3rd opinions, enteracept injection, diagnostic blocks, surgery.

Hi
Where do you find guides on how to set up and use the Tens Machines. I had one a long time ago but have long since lost and forgotten how to set them up.
