longs rides are mostly in your head, if you want to do it you will sort of thing. I have seen people who struggle to do 100km complete 200+km rides, mainly becuase they had some burning desire to do it. Bit of helping, encouraging and wheel sucking and everyone makes it homeni78ck wrote:300kms not for me. i did the M7 solo today it was a great workout. plenty of people out and about
