Has anyone seen or picked up a pannier on the side of the road / shared path between Freo and Kensington this week? Possibly Marmion st, Alfred cove psp, applecross or manning/karawara.
A mate of mine from work's pannier fell of during his commute a few days ago and he has had no luck trying to locate it. It contained a number of personal belongings including phone/wallet etc.
