Buying Specialized from OS?
Postby michaelten » Thu Apr 25, 2013 10:48 am
Hi everyone,
My wife has spotted the Specialized Lululemon team kit on the US Specialized website but I can't buy them in Australia.
Does anyone have any idea how I might be able to buy these in Australia? It seems all Specialized dealers overseas won't ship overseas.
Thanks
Michael

Yes you can mate.
Lakes Bikes here in Perth are selling that kit.
I saw it yesterday in their Specialized concept store.

You could use one of those shop forwarding sites. Pretty sure you use there address then they forward what ever you buy onto you.
Lots of people use them to buy things from Amazon etc.
Cheers

Thanks, I'll try Lakes bikes.
If I have no luck I'll try the forwarding places.
Thanks again

We were at Jet cycles (specialized dealer in Sydney) last week and they didn't have them. We looked on the Australian Specialized website and they weren't on there either. I assumed they mustn't be imported to Australia.
I'll give Lakes a call tomorrow
She also wants the Lululemon Amira as well, it's probably safer for me to buy the jersey and shorts over the phone!

Was it a Specialized concept store?
Lakes is, and they also had an amira there!

Yeah, it's a concept store. They have one of the Amiras in there as well, $5700. She's only been riding for a few weeks, it's a bit more bike than she needs!

Have you tried one of the lululemon shops?
Enex 100 in Perth,
George St Sydney,
I think there is one in Bondi Junction Westfield too but can't remember
(My missus loves their gear - it's like the Rapha of female workout clothing)

I drove past Velofix in Rozelle today velofix.com.au - they had a mannequin in the front window wearing Lululemon kit.michaelten wrote:Hi everyone,
