Not sure if anybody else has come across this, but I noticed recently that I am getting a lot of spots on my thighs, presumably down to my cycling shorts?
I put a clean pair on to commute to work, then shower, I hang the knicks up to dry outside and by end of day they are perfectly dry for the ride home. Once I get home they are thrown in the wash and I shower again. New shorts the next day obviously. Problem is these random spots keep appearing all over my thighs, anybody got any remedies. (not spots on my torso due to the jersey btw).
Spots on thighs, anyone else get these?

Could be something related to hair follicles bring irritated? I have had that with other sporting uniforms.

Using an exfoliating mitt in the shower helps. Especially if you are shaving your legs.

Heat rash? Although you'd probably know about those as they hurt.

I occasionally get grease spots on my thighs - an occupational hazard for a frequent cyclist, I guess .

Are your cycling knicks rubbing the hairs off your legs? Spots may be a result of ingrown hairs. If the problem is in grown hairs then there is cream that you can get which will help. I believe the cream softens the hairs and alleviates the problem.
Have you looked in the cycling health section for an answer? Also may I suggest that this thread may be better placed in the health section.
Good luck finding a resolution.

I find common 20% solution Tea Tree Oil good for spots, infected ingrown hair follicles, saddle sores, tinea, fungal rashes etc.
