Hi,
Is anyone riding on Easton EA70 Wheels (Road Wheels) circa 2012 or 2013. I want to get some feedback as to the quality of these wheels as I have read in reviews from a couple of years ago there were some issue with spokes breaking.
I have a set of EA70 Wheels that I got from another bike, but I am not sure if I should keep them or sell them.
I am currently riding on Reynolds Solitudes, and they are quite good, but I am not sure if the EA70 wheels will be better.
If anyone is riding these wheels, please let me know.

Sorry to do this, but does anyone have any feedback on the Easton EA 70 wheels?
I am wanting to know if they are any good from a reliability perspective.
If people are still having problems I would look at selling them because they are brand new and I don't want to ride them if I am going to run in to troubles.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I had mine for about three years and found them to be a good ride, rolled well and stayed true despite the occasional thumping. They didn't see lots of km's (due to injury) and needed no adjustments right up until a spoke nipple got pulled through the rim last week.
Closer inspection of the rear wheel found small fractures in the rim for about half of the drive side spokes. I guess the spokes were a half a turn too tight

A guy in my club just asked a question about breaking spokes on EA70s. He has done a couple.
