Stage 10 - Steep climbs
Stage 14 - Sestriere
Stage 15 - Galibier
Stages 19 & 20
All should be cracking stages I think.

Just checked the route for the Giro 2013. They continue over and are descending the Prato side!

Cyclingnews agree with you - their top 5 stages
Stage 8 - Gabicce Mare-Saltara, 55km. Individual time trial
Stage 10 - Cordenons-Altopiano del Montasio, 167km - Sadly not on SBS
Stage 15 - Cesana Torinese-Galibier, 150km
Stage 19 - Ponte di Legno-Val Martello, 138km
Stage 20 - Silandro-Tre Cime di Lavaredo, 202km
I particularly liked their comment on stage 8

Steephill.tv will always provide links to a few different streaming options.

I was wondering the same thing. Perhaps they think we're all idiots and won't notice.

The Giro actually charges more than the TDF and unfortunately their budget only streaches so far. Especially as ASO offers the larger package.
I had the opportunity to talk Mike Tomalaras in regards to this at the TDU a couple of years ago.

A couple of the links from steephill work for me on my HTC One S. I can see "Adobe Flash Player 11" in the apps section of the settings, but not in the play store. Maybe it's the Adobe AIR app? I use Dolphin instead of the inbuilt browser if that matters...
Cheers,
Simon.
