Nope. I didn't hit (or get hit by) anything .... last ride I was pushing hard up a +13% climb though.

Just waiting for someone to say that the rim is fixable, but you will need to "keep an eye" on the crack :roll:

I do it on me mtbs as well. :P

Makes it easier to ID where the cause of the puncture is hiding.

going into winter the best thing you can do is remove those mavic tyres as quickly as possible
if i get killed while out on my bike i dont want a 'memorial ride' by random punters i have never met.
