Found myself leaning in just watching that...hadn't read the "Bad Mountain bike crash" title....OMGosh I hope the damage wasn't as bad as it looks like it could have been :shock: !

The guy lived, according to the description.

There's a track that has a substantial section like that not far from me in Garigal NP, called "Yer Mom". It's not quite as high but I walk that bit. Not worth the risk.
