You can find these cheaper on CR ($779). However this will be without local support from one of our resident on here. $200 insurance IMO.

I only have one set left at the current price. I understand the c r c stock is not the "team edition" version.

Obviously big differences in these wheels. Would be interesting to know what would people prefer to ride on for IronMan and long flattish rides.

The Bracciano C45 Caliente will be here next week, 45mm full carbon clincher. That maybe more what you are looking for?

Sorry the decals are white. Maybe in the future that could change as they have gone black on black for some of the frames.michaelkn wrote:Jack - Any chance those C45 comes in 'teh stealth' look? ie. matt black decals?

I have also spent a small fortune already on entry and other gear.
With a bit of luck my Tatts numbers will come up tonight.

Dion, would these wheels be ok for my 90kg frame?
Are these shimano 11 speed compatible?
Is 1000 as low as you can go?

No problem with your weight. These ones will need a freehub swap for Shimano 11sp.SammyOZ wrote:Bugger Tatts numbers didn't come up.

I can't beat the current price, if you saw what we pay for them you'd understand why. Most likely the price will increase a little in the near future.
I'll have 11sp compatible ones next week which I can do for small up-charge. PM me for the pricing.

Only 1 question though, and you may not want to answer it, can the decals be removed or have they been clear coated over?... pretty keen on a stealth look.

Buy from c r c at your own risk. They are the lower, older model, not the team edition version that we have. You'll have almost zero support since Pro-Lite have stopped selling to c r c, they are dumping their stock below cost to clear it. If you have any issues with Pro-Lite gear you buy from c r c, you have to go back through them - I'm unable to cover your warranty although happy to sell you spares and give you advice etc.clydesmcdale wrote:Looking at the prices on c r c of these wheels accompanied with the rep they've been getting through here at BNA, i'm tempted to just purchase a set of 50mm in lieu of rebuilding my chinese carbons (which I've been mostly dissapointed with).

The decals can't easily be removed - they are actually a transfer, not a sticker. I'm not sure why you'd want to anyway. If you want something with no decals buy some no-name chinese ones.
If you're going to pay the extra for a quality product might as well have the people around you know about it.
For the price we're selling this model at its a marketing exercise. If everyone removed the decals I might as well not bother bringing them in.

Haven't scanned through the whole topic and couldn't see the answer on the Prolite site. Are these wheels UCI approved?jacks1071 wrote:There is Bracciano C50 and Bracciano C50T - the last set I have is the C50T (Team Edition).

Are you saying your wheels are no better than the no-name chinese ones ??? !!!!jacks1071 wrote: The decals can't easily be removed - they are actually a transfer, not a sticker. I'm not sure why you'd want to anyway. If you want something with no decals buy some no-name chinese ones.
Not everybody likes stickers / advertising / branding all over their bike - personally I'd prefer something a bit subtle myself. (That said these don't look bad)jacks1071 wrote: If you're going to pay the extra for a quality product might as well have the people around you know about it.

After reading through the reviews on here and seeing the confidence in the product, it was an easy choice for me to grab a set. I doubt the 100g difference will make any difference and the hubs sound like they wont be too different in performance from the top notch Dura's.
Very keen to see how they go!!
