Cheers Dave. We'll plod along at dunc gray, and take it slowly. Peter Harvey seems to know how to get the juniors working. Timothy's in no rush to race track - he's just havin a good time !

Well, I gave it a go today. Riding the other way round a velodrome, I mean. It was, um, interesting. Things just felt slightly wrong. I reckon doing a flying 200 or something would be even more interesting.

i went backwards after training one night
didnt get above the blue line... worse than the first time riding the track

if i get killed while out on my bike i dont want a 'memorial ride' by random punters i have never met.
