I have an Avanti Inc 3 with Gates carbon belt drive. I am struggling to figure out how to re-fit the belt after taking the wheel off. According to Gates you are not supposed to 'walk' the belt back on. By this I take it to mean putting the belt partially on the chain wheel and turning the cranks. This is what I have been doing however I did notice a bit of fraying on the belts teeth.
Any ideas?

Here is Gates' instructional video on installing the belt: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0khWNhxhG5s" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Hope that helps.
