The TCR feels muted over the bumps and slightly heavier on the climb. Not sure if it is due to the wheelset and tyre combo or not.

I rode a doggie. Flexy. I prefer my Azzurri Forza and 2013 TCR Advanced SL isp.
Pinarello is cheap quality hence the poor warranty. Go with a Giant or Azzurri. Lifetime warranty on either.
I can ride whatever bike I want. Its all tax deductible for my youtube channel. I like the paint scheme of the Pinarello's and Colnago's etc but for quality, they sure do lack it.

How about qualifying your statement - where do you feel the stiffness? in the saddle, the bars, lateral flexion out of the saddle (and at the bb, wheels?)?
IME, variation in wheelsets varies ride comfort tremendously, so it's senseless to compare frames with different wheelsets.
If 'general' stiffness was the penultimate trait of a better bike, then why does Fabian Cancellara ride a Domane with a flexible seat post?
