So been doing this riding thing for a few months now, nothing too earth shattering after years of being lazy, stacking on the weight and some nasty surgery a few years back I'm never going to win any races. Getting down to kurnell as often as work and life will allow and happy to potter along at an average 22-25km hour pace but its starting to get a bit boring really.
Anyone have any suggestions for somewhere else to ride alone round the shire area not being a life long hobbit I don't know the area all that well, or better yet anyone around looking for someone to tag along on rides and can tolerate a fat middle age guy creeping along slowly in the rear let me know.
Aim is to do the Ride to Conquer Cancer in November so need to keep up the rides and increasing that distance so any suggestions of some company would be greatly welcomed.

Along the highway to Waterfall is very popular, and gives you access to the southern end of the RNP or along the top as far as Sublime Pt. Best done early on weekend mornings.

For something different, you could also go up to Botany and along the cooks river, which gives you access to Sydney Olympic Park & if you are keen the M7 & beyond, eg

It doesn't get easier, you just get slower

here's some ideas (I've not done a Sublime Pt ride.. yet):
To waterfall return
Waterfall return with a drop into the national park
same as above but with a climb to Garie beach
Stanwell Tops after garie
RNP loop with a drop down to garie Beach
