I would hope to be that spritly at 70yrs let alone making it to his age.

very very impressive. would love to know his life history lifestyle diet etc.
had an 88yo patient this week who walks a couple of km a day, no walking aids, very good balance, good skin, teeth, and eyes....I tend to look at patients more like vets look at horses. no hearing aid. most impressive senior I've seen in years. has always eaten heaps of vege and fruit. has fish or chicken 1-2 x a week. the rest of the time it is tofu or legumes for protein. she is of Asian heritage.
