I went out between 12.30 and 2.30 in the glorious sunshine, was simply awesome :D :D :D :D
Was planning on going out again at 6.15 but the weather looked dodgy as so went for a little run instead, got home just as it was starting to rain. Hopefully seeya's next Tuesday

It's looking like reasonable weather this afternoon - and hopefully it will last into the evening as well. Make up for Tuesday.

Half of the crew was on the road on Wednesday and Thursday, and I missed out :(

Stopped my wife having an aneurysm, which helps the overall scene. I guess.

I'm feeling much better after downing a bunch of antiinflammatories... does this mean I'm on the juice, taking PEDs?

Anyways, I should be OK for a wobble, no PRs tonight.

Ran about 20 minutes late, chased a guy running di2 on a Trek back from the bubbler... if you were wearing a red Netregistry kit tonight, thanks for the motivation on the way home :D

Ha, i got dropped after about 12 kms or so. The group set off a little quicker than I anticipated lol and I was freezing... if it was ever that cold in Perth I stayed home lol.

I need to do a bit of training to get strong again lol will probably be on the M7 tomorrow night, but i'll steer clear as i'll be on my track bike building the legs back up! Planning on going to RAW on friday. And once i'm strong i'll come back out!

If the cold defeats you in Sydney, you don't ride during winter. A lot complained about last Saturday; I told them I was riding for an hour before they even got out of bed! The only cure is winter weight gloves, snow level booties and about 5 base layers LOL

Well i have no plans of moving anywhere warmer in the near future (ever?) so it's more that i just need a cup of HTFU (and some knee warmers ha)

If you don't have snow gear already, you need to give up riding during winter LOL I've got a fleecy jacket on my list right now after freezing my proverbials off, even with warmers to the wrist and ankles

Hoping to be down at Prestons and follow on the way back, but it seems to have started raining here in the CBD, not sure how it is out West.

I picked up a little something from trek today, but like all black cats, it doesn't like the rain!
