Sorry mate but if you got a nice big cavity in between 2 teeth that only x-rays will show up then that sucker eventually is going to rot out one or both teeth and there is nothing you can do about it other than standard dental industry 'rip em out or fill em up'. No diet, yoga or chiropractic action will reverse a hole in a tooth that is big enough to be causing pain.ausrandoman wrote:A vegan diet, hatha yoga and chiropractic will prevent any recurrence.
Root canal is the most profitable dental procedure. Thats why its the most pushed.

already vegan, different type of yoga and last chiro I saw was pretty useless :-p .ausrandoman wrote:A vegan diet, hatha yoga and chiropractic will prevent any recurrence.
If the job is done right it can't recur because the tooth is dead.
My normal dentist freaked when he looked up dental prices in oz after I mentioned the difference.
Bit sore this morning around the tooth but it's a pretty rough procedure so no surprise there. The weather isn't great outside... Not sure what it will be like 200ks to the south, strong winds forecast... Will make a quick detour up Ventoux more interesting!. Then off to Corsica ... So relieved to get this done yesterday!.
Ps... Dentist said I should wear a mouth guard when riding solo as I am a grinder during efforts!

You could wear it when racing also. Give a manic grin showing off the mouth guard to psyche out your competitors.toolonglegs wrote: Ps... Dentist said I should wear a mouth guard when riding solo as I am a grinder during efforts!

Make sure you have a custom one with shark's teeth printed onto the mouthguard so when you smile you'll look like Jaws.warthog1 wrote:You could wear it when racing also. That was what I had in mind.kb wrote:Something like this?

That or just the top teeth being shark tooth like (jagged) with black for the rest of the guard to emphasise the sharpness of his teeth. Maybe add in a bit of red in the right spots on the guard for extra bloody effect.
