oversized hubs

Hi all looking at new wheels & notice there are a lot that have over sized hubs whats the benefit oft h at if any ?

Did you mean oversized hub flanges? if so, then the benefit is shorter spokes and a larger bracing angle which helps build a stronger wheel.
