Hi,
Have had a Scott CR1 Pro 2010 stolen from out the front of the state library in the Melbourne CBD.
It is red/black/white with full Ultegra group set, Shimano PD-R540 SPD SL sports pedals, Altura Speed saddle bag, stolen along with a black Lazer helmet.
It was stolen from a locked bike rack cnr Swanston and Latrobe Sts between 6pm and 9pm Friday, June 28.

Hey Ben, my Azzuri uno was stolen in almost the identical area in January this year. It was locked outside QV and havent found it yet.
There is definitely a thief / organised thieves at work around there. Cops said three bikes were stolen the week mine went missing.
Mine was under 3 CCTV cameras and nothing was captured which i find a little odd and i spoke to QV security and they almost caught a guy trying to steal a bike 2 months ago but he escaped on foot after being chased. Id suggest nagging any premises that has any CCTV cameras around to check tape and keep in touch with the police. Good luck. Cops should deploy more resources to that area and catch the mongrel i reckon

eBay is the first place to look for your stolen bike....
