The Avonguard 200km Audax in 2 weeks would be a good test for the saddle (or your rear) - good range of terrain and road surface. Even better if it rains since this should be a Brooks that isn't allergic to water. Hopefully that's a firm saddle and similar length/width dimensions to the standard B17?
