Andy did his predictable ITT effort and lost almost 5 min.

Hopefully, we see a series of attacks o. grooms by a number of teams, and at least one or two of them stick !!!

Andy still has one of the worst positions on a TT bike. He sits so high on the bars it must be a fantastic aero brake

Tonights stage will be interesting.

A long stage finishing with a monster climb.

Wonder if Andy will show his hand yet, or just hang with the rest ?

Many stars didn't do well.

One thing that was good to see was that the Belkin lads still did well.

So, what can Andy do now ?

As suggested by the commentary pair, Andy can take a big pay cut and Trek (if they sign him) will be able to save a bundle.

Well, at least he had a good rationale for the slump. Fractured pelvis is no laughing matter, far bigger deal than a clavicle.

Yeah, Geraint shows how much a fractured pelvis affects you ...

I guess it depends on the extent of pelvic fracture. It's one of those potential impotence inducing orthopedic injuries.

As mentioned not all pevlis #s are created equal, position is very important also. I thought Geraint's was a femur # anyway (but really didnt pay much attention so probably wrong, would like to see the X-ray)

According to this NYT article, Andy fractured his sacrum. A complex part of the pelvis, not nice at all.

Regardless of the differences in the extent of injury, Geraint is showing ticker, where Andy isn't.

Even Gesink has showed more ticker after what was a severe femur fracture.

Aside from that, he's still there, but IF he can do anything, it remains to be seen .....
