Political Forum in the Seat of Watson

Postby diggler » Thu Jul 18, 2013 12:55 am

There will be a political forum involving all the candidates. I can forward the details if anybody is interested in attending.

Here the question which I submitted to be asked.

Traffic in Sydney is getting slower every year. Cycling is a way to reduce traffic congestion, improve health, reduce air pollution and reduce carbon emissions. What will you do to promote cycling?

I'm sure the question won't be asked, but if it was, it will be met with deafening silence.
Motorists hate cyclists and cyclists hate the motorists and the pedestrians hate the bikers and everybody hates the trucks.

I'm not from that electorate - so they wouldn't welcome me, but your question is a good one.
