I was thinking tramp steamer. At least they didn't go for matching hoods to complete the beigeness of that non beige livery.bychosis wrote:Even if in another colour the head tube looks like it should be on a bus.

I have to confess that I think that colour is really nice.Jean wrote:A pretty ordinary looking bike made downright awful by a terrible colour. My stomach turns every time they show Radio Shack Leopard Trek rider at this year's TdF - and it's not because it's usually Andy Schelck in one of their see-through jerseys. I'm not sure I could even watch Jens ride

I reckon yours probably starts with 'b' and ends in 'ianchi' though, Scottsinglespeedscott wrote:i just bought an early 80's road bike off a fellow forum user in that colour.

No unfortunately. More of an un identified 80's audax bike. 25" frame. Pushing the upper limit of bike size for me. Think, "French Fit". Should be an interesting build. Hopefully ready for the Noosa Strada Bianchi.Dan wrote:I reckon yours probably starts with 'b' and ends in 'ianchi' though, Scottsinglespeedscott wrote:i just bought an early 80's road bike off a fellow forum user in that colour.
Have to say I like the colour too - I even like the Trek. If I were to buy a brand new bike, it'd be something like that.

Not so much "La Girafe" as l'imbécile - would not want to have to do an emergency stop as it would be a touch and go thing whether you went over the bars before or after the forks failedjasonc wrote:

You'd get a lot of attention riding that.
