I learned that most people would rather die than change their diet .
Damn straight. I'd rather die than go vegan.

Profile->foe list. Or something like that.

I ride, therefore I am. But don't ride into harm's way.

Click on the username of the user you want to add to the list. On the profile page click on add foe. Job done.

Careful Mark - you don't want to sound like Durian. He likes to issue these sort of pseudo challenges and then claims that a challenge was declined by the person recognsing his physical inferiority to our Lord the great FIGJAM, Durianrider. But there seem to be very few people he has actually competed with except in his own FIGJAM mind.

Though if he ever does step inside your gym, do your best to call him out anyway. He's unlikely to accept any decent challenge but the excuses should be priceless.

From a sample size of one you are able to extrapolate to "most people"? That is more amazing than your story!
Gee you take the fun out of being Durian.

Long time lurker and first post (registered fror a while.
I too have high BP - mediacted from last 10 years, but only started riding again a year ago. I monitor both BP evry now and again . was returning from ride and a couple of hour later very light headed. End with low BP. HR when i ride is monitored and found one of my tablets has a possible side effect of keeping HR up and decreasing my overall endurance. I found this to be correct for me. so did not take my tablets fist thing in mornng if a ride was planned and took once home. ( after testing my theorys - went to my Dr to confirm. Change of plan is to take at night now and taling 1/2 the old dose of the tablet keeping HR up. BP fairly stable and riding is OK.

Sofar reduced a 20mg to 10mg on one of my two tablets - and monitoring to see how it all goes

Anyway my 2c is to monitor BP and HR.
