If it is coffee, then it'll solve a long running problem for me. Bad thing is I love coffee.

Let me see if things will settle down a bit this afternoon.Xplora wrote:Mate, if you're blitzing through espresso all the time, it's hardly surprising that you aren't feeling flash. I've become a dedicated two coffees a day guy (after never touching the stuff much before I hit 25) but I'm always getting it with tons of sugar and milk; double shots have been making me feel seedy lately too...
I do have double shot espressos all the time.. been trying skim double shot cappuccino instead, not much better.
Edit: Weather starting to look very dark and cloudy in the CBD.

This happens to me. #dailydoubleg-boaf wrote:Might be that I can't handle coffee anymore. Stomach feels pretty bad after coffee. I thought it might have been milk.. But that isn't it.

Usually on an empty stomach, or if I've been smashing the coffee's all day.
I just power through it. I know i'll feel better soon.

You can always do a highway shoulder run. That's what i used to do as i can never get to the start on time. shaved loads of time to the trip.Xplora wrote:I swear to God, I'm over missing the start. It's just criminal trying to get enough power down to catch up. Turns out I was about 100 seconds behind. Must remember I am unlikely to ever catch a breakaway by myself, even if it is good practice
until i hit a black rear bumberbar at 50km/h+ and did what probobly looked like an awesome ENDO.
bottles, flew off but i managed to stay upright. . i've stopped going on the shoulder ever since.

I did XYZ but I nearly ABC'D and now I CBF'D. Don't forget to bring a towel.
True story, bro.
